The IT department at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York deployed an Electronic Medical Record solution in their hospital with an integrated Fingerprint Biometric solution that allows their doctors and nurses to work at one workstation and then leave and go to another workstation and automatically pick up on their work with no extra effort--just a simple touch of their biometric sensor. The biometric solution automatcally logs off the previous user, authenticates the new user, and automatically routes them to their existing virtual session.
